Dr. Huei-Jin Wang is a Post-Doctoral Associate in the Department of Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation at Virginia Tech. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from National Taiwan University, Masters of Science degrees in Statistics and in Forest Resources from the University of Idaho, and a PhD in Forestry from Virginia Tech. Her research involves quantifying the contributions to total uncertainty of land carbon of the USA, accounting for uncertainty in input data, uncertainty in land-cover and land-cover change, and uncertainty in process-model parameters that are used to estimate carbon stocks, carbon sequestration, and greenhouse-gas fluxes.
